The final files will be used across websites, property listings, and business cards, so a consistent, high-end finish is important. A strong portfolio showing work on darker skin tones and an ability to keep edits subtle and authentic are key.
Responsibilities
- Review 268 headshot images and choose the strongest frames for final use
- Retouch skin gently by reducing acne, blemishes, and scars while keeping natural texture intact
- Replace backgrounds with a clean white backdrop for a uniform, professional presentation
- Apply warm color correction and grading to improve the overall look of the images
- Remove loose hairs and small distractions without changing facial features or body shape
- Keep every edit natural, avoiding heavy smoothing, strong color changes, or reshaping
- Provide high-resolution, print-ready final images suitable for web, listings, and business cards
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience retouching editorial or corporate headshots, especially natural-looking work on darker skin tones
- Advanced command of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, or similar retouching tools
- Solid knowledge of color correction, skin tone balancing, and non-destructive workflow methods
- Capability to maintain the same quality across a large set of images
- Sharp attention to detail and a strong focus on preserving authenticity
- Background in real estate photography or branding photography will be an advantage
