About Mindrift and the Role
Mindrift is a platform linking specialists with AI-driven projects from leading tech companies, aiming to harness Generative AI using global expertise. We seek a skilled Graphic Designer to contribute to the Tendem project, a hybrid AI and human system focused on specialized data scraping workflows. This freelance, part-time remote role involves partnering with Tendem Agents who manage repetitive tasks, while you provide essential creative and domain expertise to develop polished visual content.
Key Responsibilities
- Create clean, modern layouts and infographics establishing clear visual hierarchies to produce readable and compelling content.
- Design reusable and attractive templates for various social media channels, along with impactful one-page visuals.
- Enhance routine materials using advanced typography, grid frameworks, and well-considered composition techniques.
- Convert raw data and ideas into professionally crafted visual assets tailored to marketing and communication objectives.
- Maintain high-quality design standards by ensuring alignment, color accuracy, and layout consistency before final delivery.
Requirements
- Desirable 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or visual communications.
- Having a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related creative discipline is advantageous.
- Strong expertise in layout and typography, including precision with grid systems and visual arrangement.
- Proven skills in creating cleanly structured infographics and engaging social media templates.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma for diverse visual tasks.
- Ability to switch between impactful one-page designs and versatile digital templates effectively.
- Upper-intermediate or higher English language proficiency (B2 or above) is mandatory.
- Fast learner, detail-driven, adaptable, and committed to producing visually refined professional-grade outputs.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple visual tasks concurrently.
- Applicants must include a portfolio link demonstrating relevant graphic design work in their CV; applications without portfolios or relevant samples won’t be considered.
Project Details
This freelance opportunity is based on project engagements, with tasks available only during active phases. Workload during these times typically ranges from 10 to 20 hours per week. Compensation for this project can reach up to $40 hourly, varying with contribution level, complexity, and scope across different projects.
