Mindrift seeks a skilled Graphic Designer to join the Tendem project, focusing on crafting specialized data-driven visual content within a hybrid AI and human framework. This part-time freelance position offers remote work opportunities linking creative professionals with dynamic AI projects.

About Mindrift and the Role

Mindrift bridges domain experts with leading AI projects worldwide to enhance generative AI capabilities. As a graphic designer, you will develop layouts, infographics, social media templates, and various marketing visuals using industry-standard software, contributing polished and professional creative assets.

Key Responsibilities

Create clear and appealing layouts emphasizing modern infographics and structured visual hierarchies to enhance content engagement.
Design reusable, captivating templates tailored for social media platforms and impactful one-page materials.
Refine visual outputs through advanced typography, grid use, and thoughtful composition techniques.
Convert raw data and ideas into refined marketing and communication visual assets.
Maintain high design quality by rigorously checking alignment, color accuracy, and layout uniformity prior to delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements

Preferably 1-2 years of experience in graphic, digital design, or visual communications.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related creative disciplines is advantageous.
Expertise in typography, grid systems, and visual structure.
Proficient in creating compelling infographics and social media visuals.
Advanced skills with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
Ability to adapt design formats between one-pagers and digital templates effectively.
Fluent English communication skills at B2 level or higher.
Detail-focused, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple design projects independently.

Project Details and Workload

The freelance role is project-based with variable workload averaging 10-20 hours per week during active periods. Task availability depends on ongoing projects and contributor profile suitability.

Contribution rates can reach up to $50 per hour, influenced by expertise and pace. Rates may differ across projects based on complexity and the skills involved.
