Role Purpose

We seek a versatile and detail-oriented Creative Coordinator specializing in social media content production to enhance our creative team. This role requires close collaboration with senior producers, and teams from account management, creative, and strategy, to ensure the smooth delivery of compelling campaigns across various social platforms. Experience in entertainment and a solid grasp of content production workflows are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor production schedules and workflows for a large volume of creative assets, ranging from initial rough cuts to finalized deliverables, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Coordinate production tasks focused on social-first, short-form content, emphasizing video, motion graphics, and interactive digital formats.
• Support outreach efforts with influencers, talent, and social media partners, organizing and centralizing project details as needed.
• Assist senior producers by handling administrative duties including scheduling, document preparation, and budget tracking.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant production experience centered on social media and content development.
• Comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms, digital trends, and strategies that boost content engagement.
• Familiarity with video production, editing workflows, media asset management, and post-production processes.
• Strong organizational skills capable of juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to foster strong inter-team relationships.
• Experience with project management software such as Asana and Smartsheet; working knowledge of creative software is advantageous.

Contract Details and Compensation

This position is offered as a 3-month contract with a pay range between $28 and $32 per hour.
