Role summary

The agency is seeking a freelancer to support the planning and delivery of brand activations, oversee public relations activity, and coordinate influencer collaborations. The position involves close cooperation with the creative and production teams from concept development through on-site execution.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver brand activations and pop-up experiences.
• Handle PR outreach activities, including media lists, press releases, and follow-up communication.
• Coordinate influencer partnerships from discovery and briefing to content delivery.
• Track timelines and budgets while maintaining smooth communication with clients.

Candidate profile

• Applicants should bring 1 to 3 years of experience in events, public relations, or influencer marketing.
• Strong written and verbal English communication is required; knowledge of Arabic or Russian would be an advantage.
• The ideal person is highly organized, able to manage multiple projects at once, and motivated to improve each project creatively.
• Candidates must already be based in Doha, Qatar.

Working arrangement

This is a freelance contract rather than a full-time job. Compensation is project-based, with the scope and fee agreed before each assignment begins. The amount of work will vary depending on the project schedule.
