Role Overview

We are building a brand new Inside Sales team focused on our real estate agent division, and as the very first hire, you'll be at the forefront from day one. Your primary goal is to engage all property owners who are contemplating selling their apartments.

The key distinction in this role is that there is no cold calling. You will only contact owners included in our internal management portfolio, where Buena already enjoys established trust. Your task will be to evaluate owners' sales intentions and schedule appointments directly into our agents' calendars.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Work with Mac and headset in a role dominated by phone calls, making about 100 calls daily to owners pre-filtered for potential sales via our software's data signals.
  • Qualify and connect with owners regarding the potential sale of their most significant asset. Maintain a professional, approachable tone with no aggressive selling—focus on active listening, precise qualification, and appointment setting during conversations.
  • Maintain excellent data hygiene by accurately logging call outcomes in the CRM to ensure a well-managed pipeline.
  • Contribute to building processes: As the pioneer team member, you provide practical feedback from numerous calls to refine our scripts and actively develop our playbooks.

  • A builder mentality with passion for establishing processes from the ground up.
  • Strong communication skills with native-level German proficiency and a trustworthy voice on the phone.
  • Residence in Berlin with readiness to work onsite at our office in Prenzlauer Berg.
