The Opportunity

As our founding Account Executive, you will be the second dedicated sales professional, partnering closely with the Head of Sales. This role demands a dynamic hunter and closer who can rapidly generate outbound leads, independently manage a sales pipeline, and consummate deals that lead to enduring brand partnerships rather than one-off transactions. Your responsibilities include articulating (Re)vive's value proposition, ensuring contracts (MSA) are signed, and facilitating a smooth onboarding transition.

You will benefit from comprehensive support from product and marketplace teams to drive growth, with the Head of Sales removing obstacles so you can focus on closing new brand clients daily. Immediate impact within the first week is expected.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle brand acquisition: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Execute high-velocity outbound efforts to build lasting relationships and pipelines
  • Clearly communicate value propositions and set expectations upfront to establish trust
  • Ensure smooth transitions from sales to onboarding, including collecting necessary information and securing signed contracts
  • Confidently discuss contract terms and adhere strictly to company offerings without concessions
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management by tracking sales stages, enforcing exit criteria, and revitalizing stalled opportunities
  • Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene, particularly within HubSpot
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, merchandising, and leadership to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Drive business expansion through a land-and-expand approach, growing channel partnerships from initial inventory streams
  • Travel up to 50% to meet clients, attend market events, and represent the company in-person
  • Act independently and embrace ambiguity by contributing to the development of the company's sales playbook

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success as an Account Executive with experience achieving quota via outbound-driven sales pipelines
  • Strong understanding of sales pipeline metrics including stage durations and exit criteria, with ability to unblock stalled deals
  • Comfortable negotiating contract terms firmly within prescribed offerings
  • Proficient in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms, with strong pipeline management skills
  • Capable of working autonomously without reliance on SDR teams, sales enablement tools, or management oversight
  • Entrepreneurial mindset adaptable to fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments
  • Preferred: Existing industry contacts in fashion, retail, or brand merchandising
