Role Overview

We seek a Founder Associate with relentless determination, strong grit, and an entrepreneurial spirit to collaborate closely with our founders. This multifaceted role offers substantial ownership and serves as a vital foundation for aspiring future founders to gain firsthand experience in establishing a venture-backed hard-tech startup.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and scale outbound go-to-market experiments, validate customer discovery loops, and refine our commercial positioning.
• Assist founders with fundraising efforts, managing investor relationships, conducting market research, and creating financial models.
• Transform initial commercial momentum into scalable operations by overseeing logistics, procurement, and setup initiatives.
• Collaborate in talent acquisition by identifying, sourcing, and interviewing candidates for our growing engineering and commercial teams.
• Address critical business needs across structural, operational, or commercial domains by crafting solutions from the ground up.

Candidate Requirements

• Exemplify proactive initiative, strong work ethic, and resilience; comfortable creating processes in real-time rather than relying on existing manuals.
• Hold a distinguished degree from a premier university or ecosystem, with prior involvement in fast-paced environments such as venture capital, consulting, or early-stage startups.
• Possess keen curiosity in AI, software tools, and engineering concepts; able to collaborate effectively with leading machine learning engineers.
• Adapt skillfully to ambiguous situations, viewing unstructured challenges as opportunities rather than obstacles.
• Demonstrate exceptional bilingual communication skills in German and English for engaging with European manufacturers and global investors.
