Forex Officer

Role Overview

The Forex Officer will be accountable for achieving revenue targets at the assigned Forex branch, primarily by driving currency delivery, purchase and sales, travel card sales, and outward remittance operations under both AD-I and AD-II licenses. This position involves managing and boosting Forex revenue streams through multiple channels and ensuring compliance and product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and achieve Forex branch revenue goals, including currency sales and purchase, travel card sales, and outward remittances across AD-I and AD-II categories.
• Support and guide non-license branches within direct oversight to develop significant Forex remittance income.
• Oversee Forex retail business, Eco partner channels, and bulk purchase/sales including small corporate sales within the cluster.
• Lead branch-level Eco-partner onboarding for direct sales segments such as educational consultants, tour operators, hotels, travel & money transfer agents, FFMC/AD-II, and banking partners.
• Educate branch teams at non-license branches on Forex outward remittance processes and motivate them to meet sales commitments.
• Coordinate with the Business Development Executive (BDE) team to maximize business deliveries by communicating incentive benefits.
• Ensure regulatory adherence and maintain product hygiene across all Forex operations under the mapped jurisdiction.
• Enhance product visibility and conduct training on Forex services for internal and external sales colleagues.

Open to candidates who meet the company's criteria for the role and can operate effectively in the Forex business environment.

Compensation

The monthly remuneration ranges between 15,000 to 27,000 INR.
