Role Overview
This is a full-time position based onsite in Dubai, UAE. The Food Production Worker will assist in daily production operations, which involve preparing raw inputs, operating fundamental processing equipment, and monitoring production lines to keep up quality and safety standards. Duties include supporting food processing steps, following hygiene and safety protocols, labeling and packing completed products, and notifying supervisors of any issues with equipment or products. The role further includes cleaning and maintaining workspaces, adhering to standard operating procedures, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience or keen interest in the food industry, including foundational knowledge of food production environments and safety measures.
- Competence in food processing and quality control by following established procedures and preserving product standards.
- Basic understanding of packaging design concepts and practical skills in product labeling and organization.
- Familiarity with agribusiness operations such as supply chain processes and raw material handling is beneficial.
- Capability to stand for long durations, safely perform manual tasks, and comply with hygiene and safety regulations.
- Basic literacy and numeracy, necessary for reading instructions, recording information, and verifying labels; previous factory or production experience is advantageous.
- Strong teamwork spirit, dependability, and readiness to work shifts or flexible hours as production demands.
