Job Role Overview

As a Food and Beverages Storekeeper within Dubai Holding Entertainment, you will oversee the management and control of F&B stock, ensuring smooth warehouse operations and compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage receiving, storing, and distributing F&B inventory according to approved documentation and operational needs.
• Validate deliveries by checking quantities, quality, pricing, temperature compliance, and expiration dates against purchase orders.
• Maintain precise stock records through frequent counts, updates in inventory systems, and correct logging of stock movements.
• Handle procurement and inventory software for Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), invoice matching, accrual accounting, stock transfers, and inventory reconciliation.
• Implement proper stock rotation using FIFO (First In First Out) or FEFO (First Expire First Out) methods to minimize wastage and spoilage.
• Collaborate with F&B outlets, kitchens, service, procurement, and finance departments to assure timely stock availability.
• Generate inventory reports and assist with month-end stock valuations, variance analyses, GRN reconciliation, and audit preparations.
• Ensure all food safety, HACCP, Dubai Municipality, Food Watch, and occupational health and safety regulations are rigorously followed, maintaining clean and organized storage areas.

Candidate Profile

• Possess between 2 to 5 years of experience in F&B storekeeping or inventory management, preferably in hotels, restaurants, theme parks, or large hospitality venues.
• Demonstrated expertise in inventory control processes including stock receipt, storage, issuance, GRN, invoice processing, accruals, and reconciliation.
• Proficient with procurement and inventory management platforms like Oracle, SAP, FMC, or similar systems; strong abilities in Microsoft Excel for detailed reporting and month-end closure tasks.
• Solid understanding of food safety guidelines including HACCP, FIFO/FEFO practices, temperature and hygiene monitoring, and adherence to Dubai Municipality and Food Watch standards.
• Educational background with a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Leisure Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or related disciplines.
• Excellent attention to detail alongside strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving capabilities.
