Compensation

Role Overview
We are looking for a caring, dependable, and energetic childcare provider to support families by caring for children in their homes. This role is scheduled Monday through Friday on an as-needed basis. The agency works with children across age groups, including infants and school-aged children, and offers both full-time and part-time opportunities.
Key Duties
- Deliver attentive, high-quality care inside the family’s home
- Plan and participate in activities suited to the child’s age
- Help maintain a safe, encouraging, and organized environment
- Assist with everyday routines such as meals, naps, and play
- Keep clear communication with families and the agency team
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience caring for children of different ages
- A dependable, polished, and nurturing demeanor
- Comfort working with flexible, as-needed schedules
- CPR and First Aid certification, or a willingness to obtain it
- A clean background check
