About The Job

We seek compassionate and energetic individuals passionate about nurturing children within their family homes. Our expanding team needs reliable caregivers to deliver in-home childcare Monday through Friday on an as-needed basis.

We assist families with children of all ages, including infants and school-aged kids, offering both full-time and part-time positions.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver attentive, quality care directly in family homes
• Engage children with developmentally appropriate activities
• Maintain a safe, positive, and well-structured environment
• Assist with daily routines such as meals, naps, and playtime
• Communicate clearly and effectively with both families and agency coordinators

What We’re Looking For

• Experience caring for children across a range of age groups
• Dependable, professional, and nurturing demeanor
• Flexibility to work variable schedules as needed
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it
• Clean background check clearance
