Role Overview
This position involves hands-on fish processing work in an onsite production setting in Greenville, Mississippi. The job focuses on preparing fish for shipment and supporting several processing-line operations as needed.
Primary Duties
The selected worker will handle a range of fish processing activities, which may include packing and icing product for shipment, carrying out trimming duties, operating a skinning machine, and serving in roles such as Long Gun Operator or 148/184 Machine Operator.
