Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analyses of park pricing strategies and provide support through data-driven insights.
• Perform attendance studies segmented by park location and product offerings.
• Review and analyze variations in per capita spending for admissions and in-park purchases across the company.
• Support marketing efforts by providing analytical insights on new campaigns and initiatives.
• Assist in preparing materials and data for business unit strategy meetings.
• Carry out financial analyses related to macroeconomic and industry trends.
• Contribute to the preparation of the annual operating budget and conduct expense variance assessments for corporate departments.
• Undertake special projects and other assigned duties as necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field is required.
• Minimum of two years' relevant professional experience in financial planning, accounting, or business analysis.
• Proven ability to establish and sustain relationships with key organizational stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines collaboratively within a team environment.
• Advanced analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office applications.
