Financial Analyst

Overview

Barden is collaborating with a top-tier healthcare and life sciences organization to hire a Financial Analyst for their EMEA Operations Finance team. This prominent position offers extensive interaction with senior leadership, regional stakeholders, and influences business decisions across various markets.

Role Responsibilities

• Generate and deliver monthly and quarterly financial reports to senior executives.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and latest estimates for EMEA regions.
• Collaborate with operations leaders to find cost reduction and value enhancement opportunities.
• Examine financial results, variances, and critical business drivers.
• Assist in evaluating investments and optimizing working capital.
• Validate intercompany transactions, allocations, and accruals for accuracy.
• Create dynamic dashboards and reporting tools aiding business decisions.
• Coordinate with global finance teams to ensure high-quality financial data maintenance.
• Lead initiatives for process improvements, automation, and enhanced reporting.
• Contribute to audit processes, regulatory compliance, and internal controls.
• Engage closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Tax stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

• Certified accountant or finance professional possessing strong analytical and commercial insight.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using ERP or reporting platforms such as SAP, Anaplan, or equivalents.
• Familiarity with Power BI and/or Alteryx is highly desirable.
• Robust background in financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Excellent skills in stakeholder engagement and business partnership.
• Adept at working within a fast-paced multinational setting.
• Curious, proactive mindset geared towards continuous process improvement.
• Ability to simplify and present complex financial data to non-finance audiences.
• Interest in applying digital tools, automation, and AI to enhance workflows and decision-making.
