Finance Manager

Overview

Geoharbour Group Shanghai港湾集团 is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of its subsidiary in Saudi Arabia, ensuring compliance with local laws and global standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the subsidiary's financial systems and procedures aligned with Saudi regulations and group policies, supervising their execution and facilitating audits.
• Manage financial accounting, budget formulation, and performance analysis, providing regular reports and aiding group audit and disclosure efforts.
• Establish internal controls and risk management protocols to safeguard capital, minimize financial risks, and uphold international accounting and local regulatory compliance.
• Design capital operation strategies and tax planning, liaising with local banks and tax authorities to maintain capital liquidity and regulatory adherence.
• Promote adoption of the group’s financial information system within the subsidiary, coordinating financial operations across departments and with headquarters.
• Lead recruitment, performance evaluation, and training of the subsidiary’s financial team to enhance their professional skills.

Qualifications & Experience

• Chinese nationality with at least a bachelor's degree in finance or related fields; CPA certification or senior financial qualifications are preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in finance, including over 3 years managing finances in overseas subsidiaries, preferably in the Middle East or Saudi Arabia, with engineering or multinational corporate financial coordination experience favored.
• Profound knowledge of Philippine fiscal, taxation, foreign exchange policies, and international accounting standards.
• Expertise in financial accounting, budgeting, tax strategy, and risk supervision.
• Strong leadership, cross-cultural communication, coordination capabilities, keen analytical skills, ability to work under pressure, and integrity.
• Fluency in Chinese and English—oral and written.
