About Kodiak Robotics

Role Overview
We seek a versatile Finance Manager to support the financial functions of our dynamic startup. This role encompasses FP&A, investor relations, corporate development, strategic planning, and business operations support. The ideal candidate balances strong financial fundamentals with agility in analytical work, capable of delivering timely, insightful outputs and collaborating across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and improve FP&A processes including short and long-term financial planning.
- Collaborate with different business functions to provide financial insights on commercial opportunities and corporate projects.
- Develop comprehensive financial models forecasting revenues, expenses, cash flows, capital structure, and M&A activity.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc performance analyses and metric reporting with a focus on minimizing deviations from plans.
- Support implementation of FP&A systems and participate in finance and accounting activities such as quarterly closes and public reporting.
Qualifications
- More than five years' experience in corporate FP&A and finance, with at least three years at a rapidly evolving, publicly traded technology firm.
- Advanced capabilities in financial and business modeling.
- Proficient in complex data analysis and presentation of actionable financial insights.
- Motivated to deeply understand business operations and work effectively across multiple departments.
- Strong foundation in accounting principles and financial systems.
Preferred Extras
- Experience with startup environments.
- Familiarity with financial planning tools, particularly Pigment.
- Knowledge in cost accounting and SAP supply chain systems.
- Background in investment banking, private equity, or Big 4 firms.
