About the Role
DigiGini Corp Pvt Ltd is hiring motivated and outcome-focused Field Sales Executives to market Bookz, its billing and accounting software designed for retailers, wholesalers, pharmacies, restaurants, and MSMEs. This role is centered on meeting business owners in person, showcasing the product, creating qualified leads, and converting opportunities into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Cover retail outlets and other businesses within the allocated territory.
- Source fresh leads through field visits and referrals.
- Present Bookz software to potential customers and clearly communicate its value.
- Turn prospects into paying customers while meeting monthly sales goals.
- Support customers during onboarding and installation.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with merchants and channel partners.
- Gather insights from the market and track competitor activity.
- Share daily reports on visits and sales progress.
Eligibility
- Applicants should have completed 12th standard; graduates are preferred.
- 0 to 3 years of experience in field sales is desired.
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation abilities are important.
- Candidates must be comfortable with daily travel for field work.
- An Android smartphone and basic digital familiarity are required.
- The role suits people who are self-driven and focused on targets.
Preferred Profile
Extra advantage will be given to candidates with prior experience in merchant acquisition or field sales, especially from companies such as Paytm, PhonePe, or Google Pay. Experience in POS devices, QR onboarding, fintech, SaaS, or B2B sales will also be considered valuable.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly fixed pay ranges from ₹8,000 to ₹15,000, depending on experience.
- Performance-based incentives are available with no upper ceiling.
