Field Sales Executive

About the Role

Nippon Paint India Pvt Ltd is urgently seeking a Field Sales Executive (Designated as DGA) to join their team. This role focuses on direct sales efforts within the paint and construction sector, particularly involving frequent visits to construction sites to engage with painters, contractors, and other key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to various construction sites to promote paint products.
• Establish and nurture relationships with painters, contractors, and other significant figures in the construction industry.
• Actively promote Nippon Paints' product lines to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Identify opportunities to grow the business and broaden the market presence.
• Collect and analyze market data including intelligence on competitors.

Requirements

• Education qualifications include holding a diploma or any degree.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• A sales-driven attitude with willingness to travel extensively for field activities.
• Ownership of a two-wheeler vehicle along with a valid driving license is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly cost to company (CTC) of ₹25,000.
• Monthly petrol allowance of ₹3,000.
• Additional mobile phone allowance provided.
