Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team in Solapur, Maharashtra. This role focuses on increasing merchant acquisition and expanding market presence for QR code and sound box payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify prospective merchants and successfully onboard them for QR code and sound box product offerings.
- Perform regular market visits, targeting 10-15 merchant visits daily to drive product sales and awareness.
- Expand distribution networks and increase market share within the assigned geographic territory.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets set on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with merchants to ensure continuous product use and satisfaction.
- Gather and communicate market feedback and insights to management to assist in business improvements.
- Adhere to assigned beat plans, diligently record daily activities, and maintain punctual attendance.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging between 16000 and 26000 INR.
