Job Overview
BatterySmart is urgently seeking motivated Field Sales Executives across multiple locations to drive their electric vehicle battery rental business. Selected candidates will promote rental models and connect with local e-rickshaw drivers to facilitate battery installations and registrations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Promote and sell electric vehicle (EV) batteries based on a rental scheme.
- Facilitate attachment and registration of batteries to e-rickshaws.
- Develop and maintain strong rapport with e-rickshaw drivers in the local markets.
- Meet monthly sales goals to maximize incentive earnings.
Candidate Requirements
- Completion of at least 12th grade education.
- Minimum of one year experience in field sales or direct on-ground marketing roles.
- Possession of own motorcycle and valid driving license.
- Effective communication skills with ability to persuade and negotiate.
Compensation & Locations
The remuneration includes a monthly pay up to ₹24,000 CTC with additional incentives between ₹800 and ₹1,000 for each e-rickshaw battery attachment. Positions are available in varied cities across India including Kanpur, Patna, Delhi NCR regions, Jaipur, Nagpur, and others as listed.
