Job Overview
We seek a driven Field Sales Executive to design effective sales approaches and attract new customers. This role involves identifying fresh sales opportunities and finalizing deals to meet targets. The successful candidate will be instrumental in boosting revenue by negotiating and managing client relationships, generating and qualifying leads, and overseeing product and service sales. Additionally, they will analyze competitors in the sales domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to capture new business.
- Identify potential clients and convert leads into successful sales.
- Manage client negotiations to secure profitable deals.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on competitors’ activities.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas regularly.

Compensation
The monthly salary ranges from 16,000 to 30,000 INR, reflecting performance and experience.
