Role Overview
The Field Sales Executive will spearhead sales growth by building and expanding the dealer, distributor, and retail network within designated regions including Dehradun Belt and Rudrapur Belt. The role involves identifying new business prospects, maintaining enduring customer relationships, and meeting assigned sales objectives. This position demands solid industry expertise coupled with practical sales experience in sanitary ware and bathroom fittings.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand and nurture the dealer, distributor, and retail network across assigned areas.
- Identify new sales opportunities and sustain relationships with existing clients.
- Market and sell the full range of sanitary ware and bathroom fittings offered by the company.
- Meet monthly and yearly sales targets set by management.
- Conduct frequent market visits to uncover opportunities and track competitor movements.
- Collaborate with distributors, dealers, architects, builders, and contractors to broaden product availability.
- Ensure timely payment collections and maintain positive customer interactions.
- Compile sales reports and supply timely market insights to the management team.
Candidate Profile
- At least 3 years of experience in field sales.
- Proven background in sanitary ware, bathroom fittings, CP fittings, tiles, building materials, or related sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of sanitary ware and bathroom fitting products.
- Experience working with well-known brands such as Jaquar, Cera, Hindware, or Parryware is advantageous.
- Preference for candidates with experience working under distributors or channel partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal capabilities.
- Self-driven with the capacity to independently manage sales territories efficiently.
- Possession of a valid driving license and ownership of a two-wheeler for traveling to field locations.
Educational Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline is preferred.
Compensation
The salary offered ranges between ₹25,000 and ₹30,000 per month, commensurate with experience and fit.
