Field Sales Executive

About the Role

Archana Engineering is seeking dedicated and motivated Sales Executives to enhance our sales team. We specialize in manufacturing products supplied to retail stores and supermarkets, aiming to provide comprehensive product knowledge training to enable success in this role.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle and follow up on sales inquiries received via IndiaMART during the initial three months.
• Understand customer needs to offer appropriate product solutions.
• After completing the training phase, conduct market visits to generate new business opportunities.
• Travel to customer locations in Odisha and Bihar as needed.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with customers.
• Meet assigned sales targets and report daily progress to management.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduation is preferred; however, freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in Tamil, Hindi, and English is required.
• Knowledge of Tamil or other South Indian languages (Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada) is a plus.
• Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively for market visits and outstation assignments.

Employment Terms and Benefits

• Initial probation period of six months.
• Salary ranges from ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month based on qualifications.
• Permanent employment after successful completion of 12 months.
