Field Recruiter

About the Role

We are seeking a Field Recruiter specialized in Electric Vehicle (EV) operations to join our team in Hyderabad. The role involves sourcing and hiring Delivery Partners (Riders), Drivers, and Field Executives to support EV operations through various recruitment techniques and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Procure candidates including delivery partners, drivers, and field executives aligned with EV operational needs.
• Organize field recruitment initiatives, including walk-in interviews and localized hiring drives.
• Utilize diverse sourcing methods including field sourcing, online job portals, referrals, social media platforms, and local community connections to attract candidates.
• Manage coordination of interviews and facilitate onboarding processes for new hires.
• Verify the authenticity of candidate documentation and maintain meticulous records of recruitment activities.
• Maintain a robust candidate pipeline to consistently meet recruiting targets.
• Collaborate closely with Operations and Hub Managers to assess and respond to daily manpower demands.
• Ensure candidates join on time while actively minimizing drop-offs through effective follow-ups.
• Support volume hiring by visiting recruitment venues and hubs as required.
• Monitor daily recruitment data and provide comprehensive reports to the designated reporting manager.
• Adhere strictly to organizational hiring policies and documentation protocols.
• Forge partnerships with educational institutes, training centers, and placement agencies for ongoing talent sourcing.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Electric Vehicle sectors, Quick Commerce, Logistics, or E-commerce environments.
• Proficient in managing bulk hiring and field recruitment operations.
• Excellent verbal and negotiation communication abilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel locally to conduct recruitment drives.
• Comfortable using productivity tools such as MS Excel and Google Sheets for data management.
• Target-driven mindset paired with strong skills in managing stakeholder relationships.
