About the Role

Become a key member of the Electronic Monitoring service, which utilizes Radio Frequency technology to ensure compliance with court-imposed orders in Scotland by installing and monitoring tracking devices on individuals and their residences.
As the Electronic Monitoring Service Provider for Scotland, G4S installs monitoring equipment, oversees compliance, and reports any violations to the relevant judicial authorities.
Responsibilities
- Install, investigate, and deactivate electronic monitoring devices for clients, often within their homes.
- Operate mainly evening shifts from 5:00 PM to 12:30 AM, Tuesday through Saturday, to monitor clients during curfew periods.
- Provide advice and support to individuals during their curfew periods.
- Identify and report incidents or non-compliance to the appropriate agencies promptly.
- Ensure incident processing is completed within set service level agreements (SLAs).
- Escalate significant incidents to the Monitoring Centre following established protocols.
- Maintain excellent communication and relationships with internal teams and external customers while exemplifying professional and pro-social conduct.
- Document all client contacts meticulously.

Requirements
- Must be over 18 years old.
- Possess a full UK driving licence.
- Able to attain Disclosure Scotland vetting clearance prior to employment (provided at the company's expense).
- Residency within a reasonable commuting distance of the National Monitoring Centre in Baillieston, Scotland.
- Right to work in the UK; this role does not qualify for work visa sponsorship.

Additional Information
