Role Overview
State Bank of India is actively recruiting for the position of Field Loan Executive, based in various locations throughout Tamil Nadu. This role involves promoting and managing agricultural and SME loan products, requiring a proactive approach to customer engagement and business targets.
Job Responsibilities
- Promote and sell agricultural and SME loan products to prospective customers.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to build and sustain strong relationships.
- Monitor loan repayment schedules and ensure collections are conducted effectively.
- Meet or exceed designated sales and business objectives.
Candidate Eligibility
- At least six months experience in sales roles.
- Must possess a personal motorbike for official usage.
Compensation Details
The offered package includes a monthly salary of ₹19,000 along with additional allowances of ₹250 for petrol and ₹300 for mobile expenses.
