Job Overview
The position of Field Executive involves regular visits to designated customer locations as scheduled daily, to collect required documents, payments, and necessary information. Maintaining accuracy in verifying customer details and keeping detailed records are essential duties. The role requires submitting daily progress reports to the manager and seamless cooperation with the office team on various field operations. Handling customer inquiries with professionalism and consistently meeting daily and monthly goals are critical components. Strict adherence to company policies and procedures must be maintained at all times.
