Field Collection Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking diligent and motivated Field Collection Executives to join our team operating throughout Hyderabad. This role focuses on recovering overdue payments by visiting customers at their locations and ensuring professional interaction throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct visits to customer premises for collecting outstanding payments.
• Negotiate with customers to agree on suitable repayment plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts and collections.
• Consistently meet monthly collection and recovery goals.
• Comply with company policies and relevant legal and compliance standards.
• Adopt a professional, customer-centric approach during field engagements.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Readiness to travel within various localities of Hyderabad.
• Capability to work independently and effectively achieve targets.
• Prior experience in collections, sales, or field operations is preferred but not mandatory.

Remuneration and Benefits
