Job Overview
Join Ak Enterprises & Infra as a Field Collection Executive based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This role involves engaging in field visits to ensure timely recovery of payments while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and collaborating closely with various internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled field visits alongside team members to manage collection activities.
- Ensure the punctual collection of overdue payments from customers.
- Prepare and submit collection reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to track progress.
- Adhere strictly to applicable legal and regulatory requirements during collection processes.
- Keep organized records and documentation regarding collections and field activities.
- Collaborate effectively with credit, operations, and legal teams to address collection-related issues.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback and insights on market conditions to support business decisions.
Compensation
The monthly salary for this role ranges between 18,000 and 25,000 INR.
