Join JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai, a distinguished 5-star property located on Sheikh Zayed Road, Business Bay, within the vibrant downtown district of Dubai. This hotel, among the tallest globally, features 1608 rooms and stunning views of Dubai’s cityscape and waterways. Role Description
The F&B Service Expert plays a vital part in enhancing the dining experience by creating memorable and unique moments for guests beyond just serving food and beverages. Responsibilities include managing table arrangements, liaising with kitchen teams, guest interaction and service, along with maintaining cleanliness and inventory in working areas. The role demands proactive service to ensure guests' satisfaction and seamless transaction experiences. Employees should maintain safety standards, comply with all company policies, uphold quality controls, and present a professional appearance and communication style.
