F&B Service Expert - In Room Dining

Role overview

This position is part of the food and beverage team at a luxury hotel in Berlin, with the focus on delivering in-room dining service. The role is centered on creating a polished, memorable guest experience through attentive service, smooth coordination, and consistent adherence to premium hospitality standards.

What you will do

You will support guest dining experiences by preparing tables, coordinating with the kitchen, serving food and beverages, and keeping service and work areas clean and organized. The role requires you to handle everyday service tasks in a way that feels seamless and adds to the guest experience.

You will also be expected to follow all company policies and procedures, maintain a safe working environment, protect quality standards, and present yourself professionally in appearance and communication at all times.

The job involves being on your feet for long periods, moving across uneven or slippery surfaces, reading and checking menu information carefully, and performing hands-on physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, reaching, and placing items. Other reasonable duties may be assigned as needed.

Preferred background

A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred. The role is suitable for someone with less than one year of related work experience and does not require prior supervisory experience or any license/certification.
