About the Role

Join the lively team at Haven as a Fast Food Shift Leader, where you will be managing dynamic shifts within popular seaside takeaway chains such as Burger King, Papa John’s, Slim Chickens, and Chopstix Noodle Bars. This full-time permanent position offers a pay rate up to £13.71 per hour, varying by age.

Key Duties

• Lead and manage the shift team by allocating tasks efficiently, ensuring smooth operations, and motivating staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Deliver prompt and professional guest services, address any complaints, and accommodate special requests effectively.
• Supervise food preparation to maintain high standards of quality, taste, and compliance with guidelines.
• Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness protocols are strictly followed at all times.
• Help train new team members on company policies and operating procedures.
• Perform regular team duties and step into the shift leader role as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as a Shift Leader, Team Leader, or Supervisor in fast-food or quick-service settings is beneficial but not mandatory; full training and support are provided.
• Excellent leadership abilities and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, especially in managing food orders.
• Dedication to delivering high-quality, customer-centered service.
• Availability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
