About the Role

IKH Fashion House is seeking a talented and inventive Fashion Designer to become part of our exclusive boutique team in Riyadh. This position is suited for a fashion professional who excels in creative design and possesses strong client interaction and sales skills. The goal is to contribute to a sophisticated and tailor-made luxury shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and showcase fashion designs that reflect the brand's unique identity and style.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences, needs, and special occasions.
• Offer expert guidance on selections such as silhouettes, fabrics, colors, embellishments, and other design specifics.
• Transform clients' visions and preferences into elegant, unique designs.
• Develop and maintain close client relationships to ensure a premium boutique experience.
• Support sales by recommending appropriate designs and products while helping clients make well-informed buying decisions.
• Manage follow-ups regarding client requests, adjustments, and design elements to guarantee satisfaction.
• Keep abreast of the latest fashion trends, luxury fashion innovations, and emerging design ideas.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in fashion design, ideally in luxury fashion sectors such as evening wear, bridal, or couture.
• Comprehensive knowledge of fabrics, garment silhouettes, tailoring techniques, embellishments, and overall garment construction.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven skills in customer service, sales, and persuasion.
• Strong fashion insight coupled with a keen eye for detail.
• Capability to grasp client requirements and convert them into creative fashion solutions.
• Professional demeanor and communication skills suitable for a luxury boutique setting.
