Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Metal Fabricators responsible for interpreting drawings, measuring, cutting, bending, and assembling extruded and bent thin metal profiles into door frames and components.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret work orders and technical drawings accurately.
• Measure and mark sheet metal and bent profiles precisely for bending and cutting tasks.
• Create template jigs and fixtures to streamline repetitive fabrication jobs.
• Execute mitre and bevel cuts on bent steel profiles using hand and power tools, ensuring edges meet exact specifications for smooth welding.
• Grind, buff, and polish welded areas to completion.
• Perform quality inspections using measuring tools such as set-squares and levels to ensure components meet design specifications.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, orderly workspace.
• Demonstrate physical endurance to perform labor-intensive tasks, including extended periods of standing.

Qualifications

Possession of a High School Certificate or Trade Certificate is required.
