Realty VAs is actively seeking four seasoned Real Estate Cold Callers to expand our dynamic team. Ideal candidates are confident communicators passionate about converting calls into qualified prospects in a results-driven setup. Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound cold calls to property owners and potential clients using specified scripts and CRM tools.
• Establish and nurture professional relationships with prospects over the phone.
• Identify prospective sellers who are motivated and ready to engage.
• Manage and overcome objections with confidence and tact.
• Accurately log call outcomes and lead details in CRM systems following each interaction.
• Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls made and leads generated.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience specifically in real estate cold calling.
• Fluent English speaking skills with a native or near-native accent.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive abilities.
• Comfortable with objection handling and rapport building during calls.
• Access to a reliable internet connection, high-quality headset, and a distraction-free workspace.
• Self-driven, disciplined, and target-focused work ethic.
• Familiarity with real estate CRM software and autodialers is advantageous.
