About The Role

A manufacturing company in Dudley is seeking a skilled Powder Coater for a full-time, temporary role. This position involves preparing metal parts, expertly applying powder coating, operating spraying equipment safely, and inspecting finished products to ensure quality. The role requires adherence to health and safety procedures and maintaining a clean workspace. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:00pm, offering consistent and supportive production environment. Immediate start is available.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare metal components appropriately for powder coating processes.
• Apply powder coating finishes to meet high-quality standards.
• Safely operate powder coating machinery and spraying equipment.
• Inspect completed products to confirm compliance with quality requirements.
• Keep the working area neat and well-organized.
• Adhere strictly to all health and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in powder coating tasks is preferred.
• Background in manufacturing or production settings.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality workmanship.
• Dependable with excellent punctuality.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay of £12.71 plus an additional £6.50 daily shift allowance.
