Job Overview
Jovie is seeking experienced, engaging, and cheerful nannies to provide care for infants and toddlers while their parents work. Most work schedules are Monday through Friday during standard daytime hours. This role suits individuals with prior childcare experience through babysitting, nannying, daycare, preschool, or similar settings.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive care and interaction to young children using playful, creative, and educational activities such as playing, reading, and arts and crafts within family homes.
- Maintain effective and open communication with parents and fellow caregivers.
- Commit to working shifts of 6 to 9 hours across five or more days weekly between 7am and 7pm.
- Use reliable transportation and possess a valid driver's license for commuting between assignments.
Candidate Profile
- Enjoyment of working with children and a genuine focus on child development and engagement.
- At least one year of hands-on infant care experience.
- Ability to provide three references: two work-related with children and one character reference.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Strong dependability and punctuality to earn family trust.
