About the Role

Ocean Network Express is seeking a dedicated Executive or Senior Executive to join the Global Container Asset Management team in Singapore. The role requires working on-site and involves key responsibilities within the transportation, logistics, and supply chain sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the rental settlement cycle, ensuring invoice accuracy by quickly identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Process vendor payments in a timely manner while continuously monitoring outstanding receivables and following up on delayed payments.
  • Create detailed reports to detect cost anomalies and irregularities related to rental settlements.
  • Contribute to the creation and deployment of efficient systems for invoice processing in rental settlements.

Candidate Profile and Requirements
