Role Overview
This position goes beyond transactional recruiting. The successful candidate will act as a strategic hiring partner and dependable advisor to clients, leadership, and candidates. The scope covers end-to-end recruitment for executive, leadership, technical, and niche positions, along with HR operations support that helps the internal team stay organized and effective.
You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and define what success looks like in a hire, then source and evaluate talent that matches those needs. The decisions made in this role directly influence the quality of the teams the company helps clients build.

Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle hiring for executive, leadership, technical, and specialized positions, from intake through offer stage.
- Lead client intake discussions, clarify role requirements, challenge vague briefs when needed, and recommend hiring approaches.
- Source and approach candidates proactively using LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and AI-enabled tools instead of relying on applications alone.
- Run structured interviews that assess attitude, accountability, communication, and cultural alignment in addition to qualifications.
- Share direct and well-reasoned candidate recommendations to help clients make faster, stronger hiring decisions.
- Create and publish job descriptions that reflect the company culture and attract suitable applicants while discouraging poor matches.
- Assist with HR operations such as onboarding, contractor paperwork, record keeping, and internal policy compliance.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and pipeline status, and highlight what is working well and what needs adjustment.
- Develop and refine SOPs, interview frameworks, scorecards, and onboarding checklists.
- Use AI tools to improve sourcing, screening, and communication efficiency without sacrificing quality.
Requirements
- Strong spoken English with a natural, clear, and easy-to-follow style.
- Solid experience handling end-to-end recruitment across executive, technical, and specialized positions, ideally for multiple clients or industries.
- Confident client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to run intake calls and offer thoughtful pushback.
- Excellent interviewing skills and the ability to evaluate candidates beyond surface-level presentation.
- Regular, confident use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar platforms.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting capability with the ability to build candidate pipelines proactively.
- Comfort using ATS and HR systems such as Workable, ClickUp, or similar tools.
- High standards of integrity, discretion, and sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently after getting oriented, while still asking the right questions early.
Nice to Have
Experience in executive search, agency recruitment, or outsourcing environments is preferred. Familiarity with MSP, IT services, or operations-heavy businesses is also an advantage.
