Job Overview
The role seeks a meticulous and proactive Analytical R&D Analyst to contribute to product advancement, analytical method design, validation, and routine testing. The candidate will conduct chemical and instrumental analyses, interpret outcomes, create technical documentation, and uphold quality and regulatory compliance.
Key Duties
- Execute analytical tests utilizing HPLC, GC, UV-Vis spectroscopy, FTIR, dissolution testing, ICP, and other analytical methodologies.
- Develop, refine, and validate analytical methods following regulatory standards.
- Provide analytical insights to support product development and formulation teams.
- Analyze test outcomes, recognize patterns, and produce detailed technical reports.
- Manage stability study activities and data interpretation.
- Maintain calibration and documentation for laboratory instruments.
- Comply with GLP, GMP, and regulatory norms.
- Investigate and resolve OOS and OOT laboratory results.
- Contribute to technology transfer and manufacturing scale-up initiatives.
- Draft and maintain SOPs, protocols, and validation documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related disciplines.
- Between 8 to 18 years of experience in Analytical R&D, depending on the position level.
- Practical knowledge of HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, and other analytical instruments.
- Expertise in method development and validation procedures.
- Familiarity with GMP, GLP, ICH guidelines, and other compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical abilities coupled with effective problem-solving and documentation skills.
Preferred Experience and Skills
- Capability in statistical data analysis and interpretation.
- Proficient communication and technical reporting skills.
- Background in pharmaceutical, chemical, or biotechnology sectors.
- Understanding of quality management systems and regulatory inspection processes.
