Role Overview

This position involves overseeing and ensuring compliance with the production process according to established procedures and instructions within the supply chain function.

Key Responsibilities

• Confirm raw material addition aligns precisely with batch requirements.
• Execute necessary transactions and maintain process documentation in SAP.
• Regularly update environmental and quality records to ensure compliance.
• Report production progress, plan status, and any operational issues to supervisors.
• Organize shift activities including management of manpower, machinery, and batch schedules.
• Assign operators by shift and supervise batch charging and processing as per planned schedules.
• Ensure that all in-process quality checks are conducted according to guidelines.
• Complete shift reports and update efficiency metrics for operators within the shift.
• Document equipment malfunctions and breakdowns accurately within SAP.
• Conduct daily inspections of the designated section to maintain operational standards.
• Manage consumable availability by placing requisitions and monitoring stock levels in the section.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards on the shop floor and for all machinery and equipment.
