About the Role

Serenades at West Orange, a Memory Care community managed by AgeWell Solvere Living, is seeking a skilled Executive Director to oversee daily operations and enrich the lives of residents in Winter Garden, FL (near Orlando). This position is vital in ensuring high-quality care and exceptional customer service within a thriving senior living environment certified as a Great Place to Work for eight consecutive years.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as accrediting standards.
  • Prepare for regulatory inspections through regular audits of policies, documentation, and environmental standards.
