About the role
Join a well-established private equity firm in central Munich as an Executive Assistant. This position offers a broad mix of responsibilities, exposure to a collaborative team, and strong scope for personal growth. What you will do
- Coordinate and help run events and meetings, including online meetings, together with the assistant team.
- Act as a point of contact between outside business partners and the internal office team.
- Prepare and organise materials for the operations team, such as files, project documents, and presentations.
- Support additional communication-related tasks when needed, which may include press coordination, website support, and company newsletters.
- Handle office administration, including facility-related tasks and reception support when required.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate is self-driven, proactive, and able to stay organised while managing priorities in a fast-moving setting. You should be able to think quickly, work carefully, and make decisions independently. A methodical approach and a positive, resilient attitude are important for success in this role.
To be considered, you should have either an Abitur or bachelor’s degree, or completed training in a relevant field such as management or commercial training in the hotel sector. Previous experience in a support role within a professional environment is preferred. Strong written and spoken German at native level, fluent English, and excellent Microsoft Office skills are essential.
