Point72 is hiring an exceptionally organized Executive Assistant to support the Head of Private Capital. This role calls for strong judgment, excellent communication, sharp organizational ability, and the poise to handle sensitive matters independently and under pressure.

Key responsibilities

• Own a demanding calendar for the Head of Private Capital and coordinate schedules for direct reports, while keeping the wider team aligned on upcoming meetings and obligations.
• Plan intricate travel arrangements and meeting agendas, and prepare all documents needed for business travel.
• Adhere to company policies and internal workflows, including travel and expense processes, and partner with Compliance to secure the necessary approvals.
• Use sound judgment to resolve scheduling or workflow conflicts, move issues forward quickly, and drive projects to completion against firm deadlines.
• Arrange team-building events, social gatherings, and outings.
• Protect confidential information and present the Private Capital team professionally and discreetly at all times.

Experience and capabilities

The position requires someone who has supported senior executives for at least 5 years and can manage competing priorities with strong project management and planning discipline. The ideal candidate communicates clearly in writing and verbally, works effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders, and handles confidential information with maturity and discretion. Success in the role also depends on the ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment and adjust hours when urgent or global needs arise, while maintaining the highest ethical standards.

Compensation

The annual base pay for this role is between USD 140,000 and USD 160,000. This range excludes discretionary bonus pay and the broader benefits package. The final offer may differ depending on location, experience, education, and skill level.
