Role overview

This position supports the studios marketing organization by providing high-level administrative help to two vice presidents and, when needed, their wider teams. The role sits within a creative, fast-moving environment focused on entertainment, collaboration, and delivering work at a global scale.

The right candidate should be adaptable, eager to take on challenges, and interested in building deeper knowledge of studios marketing initiatives and business priorities. The position is based onsite four days per week.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, invitations, logistics, preparation, and supporting materials for the executives and, at times, their teams.
  • Prepare weekly materials, organize them, and distribute them in coordination with the team.
  • Work closely with internal groups and outside vendors to exchange information, approvals, updates, and other required assets.
  • Support the director, manager, or specialist with title-specific execution tasks.
  • Arrange travel in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare business expenses for the director through SAP travel proxy access and ensure expense reports are completed and submitted on time.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in an office or administrative setting.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for effective interaction with executives and coworkers.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
  • Proven ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and stay effective in a busy environment.

Compensation and other details

The California hiring range for this role is $54,000 to $72,300 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek. Weekly hours may change depending on business needs. Actual pay may vary based on internal equity, the candidate’s location, relevant job knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may also be included, along with the company’s full range of medical, financial, and other benefits depending on the level and position offered.
