Role overview
This remote position supports senior HR leadership by handling high-level administrative and operational tasks for multiple Vice Presidents and executives. The role is based in the United States and is part of a global organization known for consumer brands such as DEWALT, BLACK+DECKER, CRAFTSMAN, STANLEY, CUB CADET, and HUSTLER.
What you will do
- Deliver executive-level administrative and operational assistance to several HR Vice Presidents and other leaders.
- Own demanding calendars, coordinate meetings across time zones, and help protect time by finding workable scheduling alternatives.
- Organize domestic and international travel, including itineraries, agendas, accommodations, related documents, and expense reporting.
- Create, format, and distribute presentations, reports, agendas, meeting packs, letters, memos, and general correspondence.
- Help run leadership meetings by arranging logistics, preparing materials, tracking action items, and following up on commitments.
- Act as a contact point for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of HR leaders.
- Handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with planning HR events, team meetings, off-sites, and leadership sessions.
- Work with other executive assistants to resolve scheduling conflicts efficiently.
- Edit and build documents in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel, and support chart or data updates when needed.
- Prioritize competing requests, work independently, and drive tasks through to completion under tight deadlines.
- Support business rhythm planning by making sure recurring meetings and related logistics are in place ahead of time.
- Review incoming communication, surface urgent matters, and route items appropriately.
- Assist with budget tracking, purchase orders, invoices, and other administrative workflows.
- Keep digital files, records, and documentation well organized.
- Look for ways to improve administrative processes and make the team more efficient.

Experience supporting multiple senior leaders in a public global company is preferred, especially within Human Resources or a corporate environment.
