Role Overview
As Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the Co-President of 300 Entertainment and Hip Hop, R&B, and Global Music at Atlantic Records, based in New York. The role focuses primarily on supporting Marketing, Operations, and Creative departments, ensuring smooth execution of company-wide initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer direct administrative support to the Co-President of 300 Entertainment
- Drive follow-up on the execution of company-wide initiatives led by the Co-President
- Manage and systematize calendar and incoming requests efficiently
- Maintain professional communication with artists, managers, and industry stakeholders
- Support the Co-President across all company departments
- Coordinate meetings and special events with meticulous detail
- Participate in weekly meetings, contributing creative input when appropriate
- Prepare and disseminate marketing presentations and reports

This position requires onsite presence at least four days per week, emphasizing the value of in-office collaboration for talent growth and team dynamics. Pay range for this hourly role is from $19.23 to $23.84, subject to factors including experience and business requirements. Salary is flexible and may change based on internal and external considerations.
