Role Overview
The company seeks an Executive Assistant and Office Manager to aid the CEO while ensuring smooth daily office functions. This role entails managing daily logistics, maintaining an organized workspace, and providing leadership support by handling scheduling, communication, and documentation. The position requires on-site presence at the South Park office five days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations by keeping the environment orderly, well-stocked, and handling vendor and facility coordination.
- Act as the primary contact for employees regarding office-related matters.
- Plan and execute team offsite and on-site events, overseeing logistics including venue selection, travel arrangements, catering, activities, and budget management.
- Support executive functions by managing calendars, meetings, and maintaining communication both internally and externally.
- Coordinate travel logistics, prepare for meetings, and manage follow-up activities.
- Create and maintain internal documents, presentations, and reports.
- Identify and implement improvements to streamline workflows and boost operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of two years experience in office management, operational, or administrative roles, preferably in rapidly expanding organizations.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Strong written and oral communication abilities.
- Proficiency with technology tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and expense tracking/reporting software.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with skill in anticipating needs.
- Demonstrated experience in planning and conducting events ranging from intimate gatherings to larger corporate functions.
Compensation and Benefits
The position offers an annual salary of $75,000 with additional equity. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, unlimited paid time off, a 4% 401(k) matching contribution, and the company comprises 30-50 employees.
